Dear Peter, Just a few lines to appreciate the assistance given by you and your team for successfully obtaining the UK visa for my daughter Annette. With the country lockdowns/restrictions due to Covid , no flights operating and the UK consulate office in Goa not operational we were in a very challenging situation. Peter managed it without requiring us to go to Mumbai. I must mention that prompt/effective communication, understanding of the situation and a sincere effort to understand the need of the Clients and assist them was well demonstrated by Peter and his team at Neha Travels. I just realised that I never got back to you , to thank you and your staff for the excellent travel arrangements you made when I travelled to london with my children.Given that it was a first time out of the country for my children, I just want to say that it was a real memorable trip ..made even more perfect by the awesome flights you arranged for us. The Oman Airlines flight to Qatar was smooth and even though we had a couple of hours in Qatar, there was plenty to do in the airport and time just flew.The next flight from Qatar to London by Etihad Airways was simply mindblowing ...the service was excellent and it was definitely a flight to remember.There were absolutely no delays and everything went as per plan. I want to thank you and your hardworking and dedicated staff once again for providing such excellent service. The ambience in your travel agency is very homely and I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with you..Given how difficult it is to start a business and maintain its success I want to congratulate you and hope you will enjoy the success you have worked so hard to achieve. Dear Peter It might be easy these days to buy tickets online but this becomes a false economy when an unforeseen event arises...... A serious family illness meant we had to change flights. With their extensive travel contacts Neha Travels were able to arrange this at a significant saving in costs and our time compared to the anonymous online process....and all done very promptly and efficiently
